Job Summary and Mission
This position contributes to the success of Nestle Starbucks Coffee Branded Solutions organization as a critical strategic partner who develops and executes concept innovation strategies supported by evolving consumer and customer needs and ensuring effective management and cross-functional alignment. Concepts may include a combination or stand-alone representation of product or display/presentation opportunities. This position requires strong thought-leadership and strategic acumen, a capability to build effective project teams, and a results-driven attitude.
1.Ability to effectively assess, outline and articulate thoughtful and insight-led innovation strategies (both verbally and written) including development of both long and short-term initiatives that deliver and/or exceed established business goals.
2.Establish close partnership with category, marketing, sales, operations and Starbucks Alliance stakeholders, influencing and enabling both collaboration on program planning, development and execution.
3.Have a solid understanding of brand management processes and principals including marketing development, product innovation, development and commercialization to effectively manage and build flawless execution as well as drive for continuous improvement through lessons-learned to future application.
4.Demonstrated a successful track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-moving environment, while also being able to transform business issues and challenges into workable solutions.
Summary of Experience
* 10 or more years' of consumer packaged goods or food service industry experience
* Experience managing complex large-scale business, product or marketing projects
* MBA preferred. Bachelor's Degree required
