Product Manager, Clinical Decision Support Products

NantHealth is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join its Eviti decision support team.

Reporting to the SVP of Product and Program Management, this individual will be responsible for working with marketing, sales, business strategy, medical affairs, and product development teams to define and drive a clear product strategy for NantHealth's Eviti solutions - which include decision support, preauthorization solutions, and related analytics services. The Product Manager will leverage his or her subject matter knowledge and business acumen to manage and deliver the product roadmap that meets market and customer needs. This will be achieved through the identification of user needs, understanding of customer workflows/business processes, identification of business opportunities, development of business cases, creation of product requirements, and support/translation of these requirements to drive product development and deployment. In this position, some travel will be required (less than 25%).

The ideal candidate has experience with decision support solutions and ideally background in oncology. He or she has knowledge of Payer and/or Provider solutions and has understanding of medical policy, treatment planning, and /or preauthorization solutions. He or she is an excellent communicator, possesses strong facilitation and execution skills, and is a capable of working effectively with clinical SMEs and technical developers, clients and users, as well as business leaders.

The Basics

* Ability to integrate and align perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Peer Product Managers, Clinical SMEs, Sales and Marketing representatives, Development/Engineers and Architects, Client Services teams, Business Development and Strategy teams, etc.
* Demonstrate business acumen, know/stay abreast of latest industry trends; act as internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape
* Able to perform system analysis of complex technical applications as well as to analyze clinical workflows and medical operations. Seek opportunities to provide value added/integrated solutions to meet business needs
* Develop requirement specifications and user interactions; develop functional design requirements including use cases, workflow and system requirements

What You Bring

* Bachelor's Degree in Basic Science, Healthcare, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
* 7+ years' experience working as a Product Manager on web-based, SaaS or cloud products
* Strong utilization of Project Life Cycle methodology; active participant in one or more full life cycle projects.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics between payers, providers, patients and pharma
* Business Analysis certification (CBAP) a plus.
* Experience in developing business cases
* Familiarity with multiple software development methodologies (waterfall, agile, SCRUM).
* Outstanding ability to prioritize and execute tasks to meet contract/client deadlines
* Knowledge of the relevant quality and regulatory standards
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation and facilitation skills.
