OBJECTIVE: Assist Deposit Operations Supervisor with daily functions and ensure timely preparation and processing of functions within job description.

Recover the Republic way, make every wrong right. * Bankruptcy Reporting * IOLTA Reporting and Conversions * Regulation D Violations * Regulation CC Review * Overdrafts * Visa Credit Card Settlement * NY ATM/Shields Settlement * Open Anywhere Returns Settlement * Monthly General Ledger Settlements * ACBB Review * Provide support to the Data Processing Center * Adjust accounts, waive service charges and change parameters as authorized * Research and review open items on reconcilements daily. * Assist Deposit Operations Supervisor with daily functions. * Other duties or projects as assigned.
Education and Experience: High School diploma required. Associates degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of progressive retail banking experience, including a preferred minimum of 6 months in a banking operations role.
Skills and Competencies:
* Basic computer skills, Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge required * Good 10-key calculator skills; data entry/keyboard skills * Analytical ability * Basic accounting skills, understanding of debit and credit * Excellent communications skills, both oral and written * Strong interpersonal and Customer Service abilities * Competent problem solving skills * Ability to perform job functions accurately and with attention to detail * Ability to multi-task and remain organized * Ability to maintain confidential customer and Bank information in a responsible and secure manner
