What you will be doing

Our Property Maintenance Person role is a member of the Maintenance Team which is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property and equipment. The PMP is responsible for completing interior and exterior repairs to brand standards. While the PMP owns the upkeep of a single property, helping with repairs at neighboring properties may be needed. We are dedicated to providing you a safe environment and giving you the training to help you excel in your role. * Guest excellence - assist guests with maintenance problems related to their stay at the property in order to create a positive guest experience

* Team Member relations - May perform duties from other positions as needed
* Other duties - Participate in all training and safety meetings

* Ongoing communication with the General Manager and Area Maintenance Person to address any opportunities

We feel the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:

* Ability to pass a property maintenance assessment
* Prior experience with property maintenance, preferably within hospitality preferred
* Basic reading and writing skills
* Basic communication skills
* Ability to work independently AND follow written/verbal instructions
* Ability to work safely
* Ability to meet all employment qualifications at the time of hire
