Morgan Stanley was the industry's first stock plan service provider and has over 40 years of experience. Today, Morgan Stanley is a recognized market leader in the stock plan services marketplace as measured by both the number of equity plans supported and plan participants on the platform. The GSPS business philosophy is to provide high touch service using a team approach. As dictated by the client's needs, their team will be comprised of a Stock Plan Director team as well as dedicated members from our Relationship Management, Service Delivery, and Financial Reporting areas.

Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

* Build relationships with client-facing stakeholders and clients
* Coordinate onsite events with Morgan Stanley stock plan client (webinars, onsite education, onsite Financial Advisor office hours)
* Book Morgan Stanley presenters and/or attendees for events
* Create and post invitation for events, reserve space and support other event logistical needs
* Attend new hire fairs and provide resources, e.g. sales sheets, product sheets
* Coordinate with MS marketing to create and deliver collateral for upcoming events
* Help participants with basic Morgan Stanley web navigation, e.g. Account Registration, Participant Knowledge Center, Morgan Stanley Online
* Document participant feedback to understand pain points and identify opportunities to enhance the experience
* Track activities to understand role effectiveness: # of events booked, # of onsite office hours, participant feedback

Experience:

* 5-10 years experience, of which 3-4 years' are directly related to the position
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Professional experience in the financial services industry, Wealth Management, Stock Plan or management consulting preferred
* Event coordination background a plus

Qualifications & Skills Required:

* Ability to develop and nurture both internal and external relationships
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization
* Ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments while ensuring quality standards are upheld at all stages of event coordination with established deadline and review processes
* Provide excellent client service and responsiveness, communicates clearly and consistently
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to think and execute creatively
* Develop new or improved events and customer interaction tactics
* Ability to work independently with little supervision
* Strong people skills
* Ability to identify problems and provide a path for solution or escalation
