The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for establishing the overall technical vision and strategy as well as guiding all aspects of the company's technology development. The CTO plays an integral role in the strategic direction, development, and future growth of Technatomy, providing the technical vision management and proactive leadership to ensure the successful execution.. Providing leadership and direction for technical activities, ensuring technical execution of the program within cost and schedule constraints.. Build and manage a top-flight technology team and oversee research and development, as well as project management.. Provide visible leadership for the company within the technology community.. Anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape.. Establish technical standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations.. Maintains and assures the confidentiality of data.. Selects, designs, installs, tests, de-bugs, modifies and maintains the hardware, network, and software necessary to operate and improve the present information management system.. Accomplishes other tasks as may be required and assigned by the President of Technatomy.. Minimum 10 years experience with technology development and management expertise of products, solutions, and programs.. Bachelor's degree in related field required, MBA preferred. Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends as a foundation for technology and product roadmaps.. Must provide proactive leadership possessing excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to lead a team with a diverse set of expertise, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills..
