Maxim Healthcare Services is currently seeking a Program Director - Child Behavioral Health in New Jersey.
This program is designed to aid in the process of developing family and community support around children with emotional, behavioral, learning, or developmental disabilities. We work with children that have a variety of disorders including ADHD, Conduct Disorder, Oppositional Defiance and Mood Disorder. Our services include mentoring, behavior assistance, individual and family counseling, as well as needs assessments.
Position Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the clinical operations of the Child Behavioral Health Program
* Ensuring care coordination, training, supervision, and ongoing support of employees
* Developing plans of treatment, maintaining relationships with care managers and area agencies.
Position Requirements:
* Candidates must possess current state licensure as a LCSW or LPC
* Two years of full-time post graduate experience with children/families and three years of post-graduate administrative experience
* Candidate must have no history of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of children or adults
* A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
