Scope of Position
Daily communication between Gardemanger, Pastry Shop & the Catering department are very essential. Duties and Responsibilities
Coordination of all Banquet Events.
Planning of all food requisition in a timely Manner are required
Being supportive to the Team, Teach and Learn
Control the Effort of superior Cleanness thru out all Culinary Departments
Control all efforts that our entire superior Save and Sound codes are in place at all times.
Guiding the Team to achieve 100% Guest Satisfaction
Communicating between all departments to support there efforts
1. Financial responsibilities (if any)
Controlling & being accountable to the effort in achieving both Food & Labor Cost Goal
Weekly Schedules and submitted for approval
2. Human Resources responsibilities (if any)
To communicate Popular & un popular content effectively
