Resource Team greatly improves our flexibility and creates a strategy for the future that will further meet the needs of our patients and staff. Nurses that will join the Resource Team will have a unique opportunity to be exposed to multiple campuses and experiences. This program provides nurses who wish to expand their clinical knowledge in a variety of hospital areas while having the flexibility to meet the demands of their personal lives. Having a flexible schedule can mean more time to go back to school, attend conferences and honor personal commitments. Working in a variety of hospital locations means greater exposure and accelerated professional growth.
Nursing Resource Team Critical Care Nurse:
As a Staff nurse on the Resource Team you will work at your skill level at all hospitals per staffing needs and as determined by the manager.
As a Resource Team nurse, you will have benefit of working with diverse patient populations, various diagnosis and community trauma. You will have exposure to multiple campuses and experience the dynamics of different hospital settings across the system. You will have the opportunity to observe culture and practice of specific units.
Each Nursing Resource team member is responsible for providing coverage and patient care at all Main Line Health hospitals - Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr Hospital, Paoli Hospital and Riddle Hospital.

Critical Care Units:
The Combined Intensive Care Unit (CICU) is a 32-bed critical care unit on 4-Pavilion Lankenau Medical Center of Main Line Health.
The Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit is a 14-bed critical care unit located on 4 South of Lankenau Medical Center. The staff in these areas works in both of these Intensive care units. We care for a variety of patients including Cardiology, Surgical, Trauma and Medicine.
What we are looking for:
* Unit-specific- a minimum of 2 years of experience in Critical Care nursing preferred. * Nursing Diploma, Associate Degree, or BSN Degree. BSN Degree preferred.
Licensures & Certifications :
* A current PA RN license. ACLS/BLS as required by clinical specialty, certification must be current on start date. * Trauma certified in the state of PA and CCRN desired.
