We have a new position for a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN in our Main Line HealthCare Primary Care office in Downingtown, PA.
Our board-certified providers offer care for patients age 18 and older?for both well/preventative care visits, Medicare Annual Wellness visits, and for more urgent care when you are not feeling well. We look forward to developing a lasting relationship with you.
Our areas of interest include preventative care, chronic disease management, and management of diabetes, high blood pressure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, headaches/migraines, dementia, thyroid disorders and Parkinson's disease. We perform many procedures including spirometry for asthma and COPD, suture removal, vaccinations, EKG, urine analysis, throat swabs, and influenza testing.
Licensed Practical Nurse/ LPN Position
Provides quality patient care, both in the office and over the telephone, as directed by Physician or Practice Management.
The Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN will be working day time hours with the occasional evening and possible weekend rotation depending on practice.
Assist Physicians and providers in the treatment and assessment of patients
Provide patient and families with appropriate education
Current Pennsylvania LPN license or eligible
Experience in a clinical office setting is preferred
At lease 3-5 years' experience in a physician practice or acute care
Applicants must certify that they have not used tobacco products or nicotine in any form in the 90-days prior to submitting an application to Main Line Health. This will be verified during pre-employment testing.
