As the Division Director of Ambulatory Practice Operations, you will be responsible for the management and strategic direction for Specialty practices throughout Main Line HealthCare. You will have oversight of 10-14 Physician Practices and their Practice Managers. The role is primarily responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the operating plans, goals and objectives.
1. B.A/B.S. in healthcare, business or related field required.
2. MBA/MHA strongly preferred.

1.Proven track record in physician practice management through a minimum of 10 years of management experience. Expectation is that at least 5 years of practice management experience.
2.Clinical program development and new business and marketing experience required.
