LEUCA is a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian-inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale. Leuca offers a menu of wood-fired coastal Italian dishes,and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
*Have excellent baking skills.
*Have experience on dessert stations in the kitchen.
*Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
*Prepare and execute key components of dishes.
*Are well versed in restaurant operations, food handling and safety.
*Support their fellow cooks and contribute to leading a team in a busy atmosphere.
