Description: o Hyperion administration, maintenance, issue triage, and support, as well as monitoring and documenting data integrity of various systemic calculations and between various systems (EBS, Essbase, HFM, Etc) o Report creation, maintenance, modification, and reconciliation o Business initiative support, requirements gathering, process documentation, flows, and functionality o Assure compliance on system SOX requirements and protocols including, access control, COA maintenance, and change management across various applications. o Providing ad hoc reporting and or data analysis as requested o Providing superior customer service and training on the various Hyperion tools and their associated functionality.
Requirements: o Demonstrated ability to anticipate potential problems/act in a proactive manner o Basic knowledge of finance operations o Ability to work directly with end users to gather business requirements, execute project plans, prepare test plans, and execute roll out plans o Ability to be resourceful and leverage available resources to create and improve processes o Participates with peers in the delivery of technology solutions in support of finance o Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and govern their own time o Financial Systems support/functional experience specifically with Oracle Hyperion Applications is required. o Sharepoint, GL Wand, and Oracle EBS are a plus. o Experience with other Reporting/Business Intelligence tools, such as Financial Reporting Studio (FR), SmartView, Tableau, Microstrategy, OBIEE, is a plus o Strong work ethic, good interpersonal skills, effective communication & listening skills, & flexibility with work priorities and o Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Systems or equivalent work experience in a related field. 1-3 years functional experience with Oracle Applications, either in a user or consultant role-or any equivalent combination of education experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. scheduling. o Significant proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access & Visual Basic is a plus o Basic knowledge of SQL
