The Dining Room Server ensures that our buffets are well stocked and clean. He/she is also available to offer knowledgeable, friendly service to all guests, staff and volunteers.
Reliability, restock all dishware and silverware during service while ensuring everything is clean
Maintain serving line with food during meal hours
Maintain dining areas (daily cleaning, stocking and general maintenance)
Report all maintenance and equipment needs to shift supervisor
Maintain communication during service with cooks team to ensure continuous supply of food for buffet line

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of or a willingness to learn general food service and health codes
Punctual with a history of exceptional attendance
Experience in customer service
Ability to take direction and work well within a team
VALUED, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Food service or serving experience
Knowledge of natural foods
