KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director in Corporate Finance for our Deal Advisory practice.


* Assist organizations and their stakeholders with addressing issues that arise from underperformance, liquidity concerns, and insolvency
* Simultaneously manage multiple projects involving complex operational and financial problems
* Drive business development efforts
* Lead project teams in the identification of critical factors attributing to a corporation's operational and financial under-performance, as well as develop and implement plans to return the organization to profitability
* Help clients develop plans for communicating complex information, both quantitative and qualitative, to third-parties


* Fifteen years of relevant advisory experience including mergers and acquisitions, sales and divestitures, buyouts; ten years of Capital Advisory experience
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Finance or a similar discipline, as well as licensed FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 79
* Excellent business development, financial, analytical, and accounting skills
* Strong verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
* Client-focused, results-driven, and industry-savvy with strong connection to attorneys, lenders, and/or private equity firms
* Ability to travel at a moderate to extensive level
