The Role

Korn Ferry is looking for an Implementation Solution Consultant to join the KF Perform Delivery Team to focus on the deployment of our newest platform. KF Perform is an innovative performance management and development application that enable organizations to empower their employees to drive their own career development journey. It serves to bolster employee engagement and retention at a time when top talent is scarce.

KF Perform is built in partnership with Salesforce.com therefore the candidate must have previous experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem. This includes understanding the full end-to-end deployment cycle, from how to install and configure the KF Perform App to testing and go-live. Support will be provided by a KF team of technical resources who will help with the most technical elements of the engagements, such as system integrations.

The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of KF Perform, helping clients make decisions around on how technology can support their talent strategy needs as well as identifying opportunities to cross-sell other KF consultancy services.

As a Solutions Consultant you will lead consultative engagements with clients on the business challenges related to their talent development initiatives. You will also know your way around technology, so you are able to convert plans into real solutions that work, keeping a hands-on approach to ensure there are few surprises at implementation. You will always seek and share best practices and never stop looking for ways to push yourself, your team, and the industry forward.

Key Accountabilities

* Translate client business requirements into working solutions supported by the Salesforce KF Perform App, guide business stakeholders through workshops, and define solutions that meet client objectives.
* Collaborate with internal and client team members throughout the entire engagement lifecycle spanning pre-sales, design, configuration, build, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
* Build relationships with key employees among customers
* Lead or facilitate sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements.
* Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements.
* Develop business-specific and/or application-level approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and offering post-production support.
* Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend work-arounds.
* Advise clients on the impacts of SaaS adoption to their governance and operating models and help client plan for and/or implement change.
* Identify and map relevant system integrations.
* Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
* Contribute new products, workflows and ideas to influence the industry.
* Assist sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
* Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
* Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
* Study competition to find new ways to retain customers

Skills & Experience

* Experience implementing Salesforce platform tools is required
* BSc/BA in Business Administration, Talent Management or a related field
* A customer-oriented attitude
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Background working in a dedicated client relationship role within professional services.
* Self-motivated with the ability to take responsibility of extremely high-profile clients.
* Industry knowledge is a plus
