Job Title: Full-Stack Engineer


Location: NYC


Hourly Rate: $100 / per hour


Contract-to-hire option is available



The Role:


We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team to design, develop, test, deploy, and grow our innovative platform. In this role, you will make a direct impact to our product and business, and mentor junior team members. We try to remain development language-agnostic and use the right tools for a given job. We're constantly adding new tech to our microservice stack, and always exploring ways to improve.



Required Qualifications:



You don't have to be an expert in everything on this list, but you should have some experience in the following:


4+ years of experience building, documenting, and testing production-grade, scaleable, public-facing REST APIs


Proficiency in creating rich, responsive UIs using React + Redux or similar technologies.


Familiar with microservice architecture design and implementation


Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)


Familiar with common authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OIDC or OAuth2.


Well versed in industry standard source control and versioning practices (git, Github, Bitbucket, etc.)



Would be awesome if you also had:


Experience building cloud-native applications, either Docker-based or serverless


Experience with designing serverless applications on AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito, IAM, etc.)


Experience with DevOps tools and processes, such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Terraform, CloudFormation


Experience with GraphQ
