Responsibility to achieve Sales Revenue and Margin Targets figure for SPX products in region.Responsible for CUP & Brahn & Luebbe sales in Germany.Drive AM growth across our P&E product portfolio, improve services by forming closer intimate relationships with key accounts and focus on long term master service agreements.Use a consultative selling approach in collaboration with our engineering support teams.subsequently differentiate SPXFLOW from our competitors and provide value added for our customersDetermines the overall selling and promotion strategy of SPX products in the region.Manages, integrates and structures the combined sales forces of SPX Power & Energy to ensure optimal geographical & client coverage to support business objectives.Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals, and advises channel partners, distributors, regional sales managers, inside sales representatives and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.Manages staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales / marketing program.Assigns sales territory to sales personnel & participates in agreement of Sales Incentive Plans.Develops and implements appropriate Aftermarket, and Service strategy in combination with functional / brand VP of sales and individual brand commercial leadership. Identifies new business growth opportunities, proposes ideas that constantly improve the organization s competitive position.Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy, manage regional agents and distributors in promoting sales.Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.Promotes and implements a development plan for cross training of sales personnel on multi brand SPX offerings.Assist in the establishment of service center capabilities and 3rd party service network to ensure growth of service revenue streams in line with business objectives.Coordinates liaison between B&L sales department and other B&L related units.Analyzes and controls expenditures of sales division to conform to budgetary requirements.Prepares Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Sales forecasting report showing volume and potential sales.Coordinates liaison and communication between SPX brand commercial sales leads. Provides market intelligence and client feedback to global product research and development departments of various brandsProvides weekly update reports on bookings LBE & Frotlog for given period.Responsible for the development and achievement of annual budgets for SPX Region in cooperation with brand commercial leadership.Attend appropriate training programmes in B&L Norderstedt & CUP as part of on-boarding plan.Ensure team alignment with cornerstones objectives: Growth, People and Organization, Operational Excellence and Systems & ProcessesSupports the implementation of CRM (IQ / MS Dynamics) and (LEAF / LOAF / CQA ) reporting and approval tools.Member of SPX AM Sales EMEA Management team, responsible for SPX brands in German region.Participates in negotiation of commercial Term & Conditions as required for key account management.SKILLSStrong sales and operational backgroundGood analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent skills in persuasion and negotiation.Good knowledge of key markets; power generation, petrochemical, oil and gas, sanitary, water & wastewater,Good initiative and ability to work independently.Ability to understand financial information and analyze financial aspects of a deal.Demonstrated experience and success working in a fast paced, matrix environment satisfying multiple customers.
