Job Duties & Responsibilities * Day to day support of the stock administration process * Assist with compensation analysis and modeling * Assist with larger scale equity related projects, including annual review and proxy related processes * Drafting of compensation presentations and materials in support of management reviews and decisions * Provide support to the Compensation team with initiatives across different compensation related disciplines including Experience: Requires no professional experience. Entry point for college graduate. Internship or Co/Op experience is highly preferred. Required skills: * Strong qualitative, technical and analytical skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and process work under pressure while maintaining the highest quality * Willingness to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions * Strong work ethic and demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism Education: Must have graduated within 24 months from an accredited university. Bachelor's Degree's in Communications, Human Resources, or Marketing highly preferred.
