The Infrastructure Engineer provides daily operational, administrative and 3rd level technical support functions across IFFs enterprise for commercial off the shelf applications to ensure complete reliability and functionality for greater than 70 domestic and international locations.
You will spend your time Architecting, Deploying, and Managing Instant Messaging and Presence using Skype for Business Online, Teams, and Outlook Enabling Collaboration with Teams, OneNote, OneDrive and other Office 365 tools Integrating Unified Communications technologies with Mobile Devices Implementing policy-based administration and best practices Providing L3 escalation level support of Skype, Collaboration Tools, and Computer Telephony
Required Skills Working (Hands-on) knowledge and L2.5+ skills in a selection of the following technologies: Ability to resolve problems using current job knowledge, research data, and external resources Ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team environment Strong evaluative, assessment and diagnostic abilities Excellent communication skills and experience in a user-facing role Excellent documentation skills including architecture, runbooks, and knowledge transfer Project execution experience and responsibility for status, execution, issue escalation, etc. Willingness to learn and develop new skills Experience in Microsoft Cloud (Office 365 and Azure) technologies Extensive Experience with Office 365 administration/migration Extensive Experience with Skype for Business Server 2015 in a hybrid environment Extensive experience with Windows PowerShell script execution Some experience with Cloud PBX and VoIP, Computer Telephony
Required Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in IT MCSE, MCITP or equivalent certification required
