Job Description

Infosys - Principal Consultant - OTM Cloud

In the role of Principal Consultant, you will be involved in interfacing with customer key stakeholders and apply your Functional proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will also develop and design applications using broad knowledge of multiple build tools keeping in mind the customer's proposed architecture. You will also guide and work with an offshore team on various software development issue resolution techniques, workarounds and risk mitigation methods .You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

Primary Location for this position is Wayne, PA. This position may require 20% travel.

Qualifications

Basic

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
* At least 11 years of experience with IT.

Preferred

* Strong OTM Cloud (Oracle Logistics Cloud Suite Transportation) skills.
* At least 2 implementation or Upgrade experience in SaaS offering of OTM.
* Additional 5+ general OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) experience is necessary.
* Able to perform varied and complex duties with independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle Logistics Cloud - Transportation (OTM Cloud).
* Able to apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices, and able to operate independently to provide quality work product.
* Able to demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements in OTM space.
* Experienced and knowledgeable in OTM Oracle Logistics Suite (Transportation) - OTM, with atleast 2 new Implementation / Upgrade to Cloud
* Knowledge of other product family like OTM FTI, WMS and GTM will be nice to have, but not mandatory
* Solid understanding with 6+ years of experience of Oracle transportation products. Extended experience beyond 2 projects can be OTM 'On-premise' but at least 2 OTM Cloud experience is mandatory
* 6+ years of experience as Techno Functional SME
* Collaborative experience with fellow local and remote team members. Work in Onshore-Offshore model.
* Ability to build a long-term rapport and trust with customer contacts

Job Responsibilities

* The Job offers an exciting opportunity for a full scale OTM Cloud implementations
* Work with Logistics & Supply Chain Business and IT teams to understand & document the business process. Fully comprehends client requirements and translates them into implementable solutions
* Configure Oracle Cloud Logistics (OTM) with BR100 documentation
* Work with cross functional teams such as Finance, manufacturing & Carriers to implement solutions in Oracle cloud logistics.
* Document the business solutions in Function design documents (MD50's) and Technical design documents (MD070).
* Create SQL queries against Oracle tables to troubleshoot, develop metrics, and create ad-hoc reporting as needed.
* Working knowledge of Oracle integrations including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), EDI, XML & SOA.
* Development knowledge of OTM Agents, SQL Queries, BI Publisher and other technical objects with-in OTM
* Work with business teams in the successful executing of various test events including CRP, SIT & UAT.
* Work with business customers, developers and Oracle Support to research, document and resolve Oracle system issues.
* Work with Oracle EBS teams to design the business process flows and document the design elements for On-premise & Cloud logistics flows.
* Work with business teams to create test cases, scenarios for testing the business process flows. In addition create the functional and integration test scenarios to support development activities.
* May act as Team Lead on OTM projects

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
