* Position Summary:
Assists in the sales process by helping prospective residents and family members in the decision-making process. Understands the needs of potential residents and their families and works to provide access to an appropriate solution to their needs. Reviews applications for financial ability. Ensures the completion of paperwork, residence preparation, including the inspection of apartments and coordination with maintenance and community staff. Conducts when necessary pre-screens for physical/cognitive appropriateness, directs the inquiry to the appropriate care level. Communicates all perspective resident needs to Sales Director & when necessary HRL Administrator. Provides a superior customer service experience to potential residents, their families, and current community residents. Maintains accurate & updated sales CRM. Is knowledgeable of the state and organizational regulations that govern the Holy Redeemer communities.
3-5 years outstanding sales experience within the senior services industry/field.
Must have a strong customer service background and a passion for working with the elderly.
Proficiency with a computer and Microsoft Office. Experience with customer relationship database software a plus.
Able to work as part of a team, willing to cross train and cross sell as needed.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.
Must be a good listener with the ability to multi-task.
Needs to demonstrate enthusiasm and perceive change as an opportunity for growth.
Must be agile and able to think on your feet.
Needs to understand and communicate complex healthcare needs to team members and consumers.
Excellent time management skills required.
Valid driver's license and access to a car.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and evening appointments..
College degree preferred, but experience will receive strong consideration.
Preference will be given to individuals with senior housing experience and to candidates who possess a dedicated commitment to serving the elderly population
