Job purpose



The Program Manager is responsible for onboarding new business in production and to implement customer requested changes to current programs. The Program Manager is responsible for the industrialization of equipment and processes for production together with the production department.



Duties and Responsibilities




Onboarding new programs in terms of technical feasibility, quality requirements and capacity demands

Industrializing customer equipment such as tools, end of arm tools and assembly equipment.

Setting up and implementing the production processes

Assist quality in continuous improvement plans and corrective action preparation

Assist customer service, scheduling, and manufacturing with ramp plans, recovery plans, EOL plans, and other manufacturing plans as required to satisfy customer expectations.

Advise company management of any escalated issues that may hinder the company s performance to meet the customer expectations.







Qualifications



Required


3+ years of experience in Automotive Project Management

3+ years of experience in plastic injection molding industry



Deep knowledge of plastic injection molding machines and tools
Understanding of specific requirements of individual molded parts
Experience with material conveyer systems, assembly equipment, dehumidification systems.
Experience electrical systems and schematics and pneumatics
Basic PLC programming and operation
Experience in programing automation equipment.
Able to understand machine manuals, blueprints, and hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
Mechanical Aptitude and Analytical skills.
