What does a great Data Analyst, Consultant do? You will report to the Director of Client Loyalty & Advocacy and will participate in expanding the Card Services Voice of the Client Program. This position is responsible for thought leadership, program strategy collaboration, analytics and performance. The Data Analyst will be responsible for partnering closely with the Director of Client Loyalty to participate in the analysis of client feedback and working to help deliver actionable customer insights throughout the organization achieve its objectives related to the client experience while continuously evaluating and improving data sources, structures and tools. RESPONSIBILITIES: Participating in expanding the Voice of the Client Program Analyze client feedback through a variety of channels, consolidate results and identify trends Share results with the organization following defined communication strategy Relentless advocate for the client within Fiserv to focus the organization on the client experience Partner with Director of Client Loyalty to leverage customer intelligence to recommend areas for focused improvement initiatives Collaborate closely with technology, product, client relations, and other operational teams to ensure alignment on client experience improvement initiatives Measure client satisfaction with products and service as well as effectiveness of improvement initiatives Work with Director of Client Loyalty to establish key reporting and program analysis criteria and lead development/implementation of required toolsets when necessary Basic Qualifications for Consideration: 5+ years' experience in client facing roll or customer analytics A passion for the client Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree Proficient PC skills (MS Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Skilled at creating charts, graphs, and pivot tables in Excel Analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to handle large data sets and fairly complex analysis Excellent problem-solving and research skills Self-motivated, results-oriented and strategic thinker Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation and time management skills Familiar with Fiserv products and solutions as well as business processes strongly desired Previous experience in banking operations or electronic funds transfer (EFT) industry strongly preferred Job ID R-10106044Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
