Our client is a specialty pharmaceutical company. They have asked us to assist them in their search for a Manager / Senior Manager, Sales Analytics.
Major tasks and responsibilities will include:
Creates quarterly quotas at the territory, district, and regional level based on the companys national forecasts and strategy.
Creates monthly scorecards to track sales team performance from national to territory level.
Creates quarterly payouts files for the payroll department.
Creates quarterly sign-off documents and related insights for the review by BU heads.
Provides analytical support of Incentive Compensation (IC) issues.
Uses programming software to create support IC processes.
Responsible for data management for staging of reporting data in support of reports related to IC.
We seek candidates with the following qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field required.
Must have 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in commercial analytics.
Requires high level of competence in Excel/VBA.
Demonstrated advanced use of SAS software required.
Must understand pharmaceutical data used for IC and have understanding of IC processes.
