What You'll Do

* Develop and implement a strategic global communications plan to support corporate brand, product brands, and corporate strategy positions
* Partner with executive management in developing our PR strategy
* Craft messaging and talking points as needed to articulate corporate vision and values
* Build a plan for crisis communication and act as the organization's public information officer in the event of a crisis event
* Advise executive management about significant trends, shareholder concerns, and competitor actions that may impact the company
* Act as corporate spokesperson responsible for protecting the integrity and reputation of the organization
* Work with HR to create an internal communications plan that communicates our company mission and values
* Plan all press events, brand and launch events to drive awareness and coverage
* Utilize social media to generate publicity and help grow our overall social media presence for our company and our brands
* Work with key cross-functional partners to strategize, develop, and execute all outreach around all company brands
* Track coverage and measure overall efforts
* Deliver comprehensive reports monthly
* Manage a dynamic team of content developers, communications and marketing specialists
* Ensure public views the organization favorably with key on-point messaging programs that are amplified through all forms of media
* Create and launch press releases and marketing campaigns working across global Business Units, Competency Centers and Practices
* Contact members of the media to set up interviews with company reps
* Get company featured on radio, TV, or the Internet with appropriate for industry and company outlets
* Ensure that all opportunities for the CEO are fully vetted
* Drive key corporate messages development, pitch and announcement strategies - leading across global talent marketing and providing key leadership in each significant region for regional brand and communication leads
* Develop communication strategies for delivery of internal corporate culture and business strategy across all of our regions
* Develop strong relationships with media reps
* Manage development and roll-out of all internal publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, on-line, intranet, video, special projects and assignments
* Create rich and creative content that is optimized for search engines - through management of content development team and external agencies
* Oversee brand outlets including website(s) and social channels and coordinate events function
* Oversee PR and Media Agency relationships including platform partners

What You Have

* 10+ years of relevant experience within the technology or technology services space with hands-on and relevant PR and media relations expertise - including social and new media experience
* Experience working in diverse, international and multicultural environments
* Act as a Product Owner, managing objectives, people and outcomes that help to build our business - end-to-end
* Ability to hone a narrative from multiple views to one and provide PR output that is aligned with our corporate vision
* Create a corporate vision that is compelling and builds a sense of ownership and urgency in all major audience segments
* Continually and effectively prepare the organization for growth while maintaining current success and motivation
* Ability to \"see ahead\" and steer us on communications rather than operate reactively as a default
* Demonstrates appropriate attention to the customer (internal or external)
* Synthesize marketing data to make better decisions and recommendations to executive stakeholders
* Passionate about working in a high-growth and continuously learning organization and are excited by constant change
