The Event Prep Cook is responsible for working and communicating closely with the Executive Chef to assure company standards and systems are being met in all aspects of the kitchen. Duties of this position include managing all food preparation and quality control. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of federal, state and local laws for food sanitation regulations. This position requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects that may weigh 30 to 50 pounds.
