Einstein campuses are Tobacco and Smoke Free.In this role you will be responsible for:As the SAP/SuccessFactors system administrator, you will serve as a project manager for our SAP/SuccessFactors implementation, process improvements and enhancements, including design, testing, and training Work as a SAP/SuccessFactors subject matter expert, understanding and applying the needs of network leaders and employees to the SAP/SuccessFactors modules in use and recommending solutions to business problems Support the efficient and effective use of the SAP/SuccessFactors software on a daily basis, including reporting and data integrity and consistencyLead small project teams in working sessions to document work processes, analyze problems and recommend solutions Work closely with IT, SAP/SuccessFactors and other software vendor support as needed to troubleshoot issues and ensure accuracy of final output Maintain documentation of system configuration Provide additional support to general HRIS transaction processing and reporting using the Lawson/Infor system If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience required.Minimum five years related experience as an HRIS Analyst Experience using SAP/SuccessFactors software, including goal and performance management, requiredExpert knowledge in using Microsoft Access and Excel is essentialAttention to detail and accuracy required
