Einstein campuses are Tobacco and Smoke Free.We are looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join the Pain Center team!Responsibilities of this position include:Scheduling patient appointments for the Pain Institute, (i.e. office visits and procedure) using the computerized scheduling system.Direct patient care and assisting other clinical staff in a professional manner accourding to established policies, procedures, and standards of care as clinically appropriateCoordinating surgical scheduling for offsite locationsGreeting and assisting all visitors and patients to the officePerforming all clerical duties related to patient check-in, scheduling, insurance verification, billing and payment collection, system task management, message taking, file maintenance and responding to correspondenceIf you possess the following, please apply:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum keyboard skills 45 wpm preferred.Data entry experience, knowledge of insurances and good communication techniques requiredExperience scheduling physician office visits and surgeries requiredOne year of Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Associate experience required
