Einstein campuses are Tobacco and Smoke Free.In this role you will be responsible for:Providing quality care to patients in primary care setting under formal collaboration with a primary care physicianWorking under the supervision of the Lead and /or Collaborating Physician to provide care for patients with acute illnesses, minor injuries, and chronic disease managementProviding comprehensive patient care including but not limited to: examining, diagnosing, treating, ordering and interpreting labs/diagnostics, writing prescriptions, referring, educating, instructing on follow up care and preventative health measures, and medical codingCommunicating to the Lead and/or Collaborating Physician patient care that is outside the scope of practice of a Nurse PractitionerReporting directly to the office Lead and/or Collaborating Physician to discuss any patient centered clinical issues and act as a team member with all clinical staff to properly address and resolve concernsWorking in a professional manner according to established policies, procedures, and standards of careThis position requires providing service to the following age population(s): 5years and older (ages may vary per practice), in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual servedIf you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:Masters Degree in Nursing is requiredNational Certification as a Family (FNP) Nurse Practitioner is requiredLicense to practice as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of Pennsylvania is requiredLicense to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania is requiredPrevious experience working as a Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner is preferredAble to seek and obtain credentialing by medical staff of EMCP requiredCPR certification through the American Heart Association is required
