Einstein campuses are Tobacco and Smoke Free.In this role you will be responsible for:Inpatient obstetrical coverage to include initial evaluation of patients and continued care and delivery of normally laboring patients under the guidance of the labor floor staff physicianProviding comprehensive out-patient and inpatient clinical care to OB/GYN patients consistent with existing practice protocols, organizational standards, legal and regulatory requirementsEvaluating and triaging patients in the OB triage unitProviding service to the following age population(s) AD, A, O, and infants in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual servedIf you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:Two years of experience working as a Nurse Midwife requiredLicensed in the state of PA as an RN requiredCertified as a Nurse Midwife (CNM) requiredMasters degree requiredGraduate of a Nurse Midwifery Program requiredCurrent Pennsylvania RN license, active and in good standing is requiredCurrent Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) Certification requiredBLS certification through the American Heart Association requiredCurrent Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification requiredCurrent Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification requiredS.T.A.B.L.E. certification preferredPhysical Demands:Physical requirements: walking, lifting, and standingWorking conditions: normal office and hospital environment with adequate heating and lighting
