We are looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit to become our next Director at Kaleidoscope Kids Child Care in Ridgefield, CT.
Kaleidoscope Kids is a happy and enthusiastic team committed to providing high-quality, customized education to the age groups of infants through early school-age children. We are licensed for 52 children and have expansion opportunities for approximately 20 additional children.
As Director of this center, you will have an amazing opportunity to work with and help shape a group of caring, talented childcare professionals who are building careers together with the ultimate goal of passionately teaching and influencing children on a daily basis.
The Director will be expected to:
* Ensure the center provides the most outstanding care for children and families of any center in the area
* Safeguard the vitality of the center by nurturing employees-specifically an Assistant Director who is qualified and trusted to take on the director role in the absence of the center's director
* Build upon your own strengths to implement a unique vision of greatness for your center, making it truly your own
* Implement a plan to reach and sustain 95% enrollment; including metric tracking, marketing, and community presence plans
* Be wildly cost conscious, reflect upon the use of resources and expenditures to sustain an industry leading 20% profit margin
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Certification/Credentials
* Currently possesses Head Teacher certification
* Must apply and receive Director credentials within one year of hire
* Has a solid understanding of state licensing standards
* Minimum of 3 years in a management role in early childhood education
* Exhibits continuous learning, both in general and in regard to the field of Early Childhood Education

* Assist in the onboarding of new Directors at other Early Education, Inc. centers
* Additional tasks as assigned

Compensation
