The Sales Coordinator is a vital supporting role within our Strategic Vertical Sales Team, providing administrative support and resolving transactional issues. TheSales Coordinatorpartners with the post-sales team, back-office leadership, and our Clients to ensure they are receiving the type of service and value they have come to expect from Dun & Bradstreet.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnter and track cases for clients with technical issues to make sure they are getting done in a timely matter (technical issues, users, data investigations)Oversee client investigations or updates to own report or report they have pulledWork with back-office/finance teams to resolve any billing/tax/invoice issuesProcess usage adjustments/invoice cancellations and pull client invoices per requested, etc.Ensure PO is secured and provided to A/R in time to submit the invoice per the payment terms on the contract.Create other various reports by request from Engagement Managers and Client Directors, i.e., multi-year, client usage reports on products for clients, etc.Ensure contracts/usage trackers are uploaded and up to date in Teams & SFDCEnsure any necessary fields in salesforce are properly populated i.e. use case/risk level/etc.Ensure accuracy of custom order forms to ensure accuracy of all products/servicesIn partnership with the Deal Desk, coordinate multi-year process-initiate subsequent years billing (delivery logs) against existing ordersManage and resolve any RFIs or questions related to such ordersReview autorenewals to ensure completionSend legal approved contract to the client for signature either via email or Docusign. In addition, submit GO Bid Checklists per WWN requirementsAssist with ad hoc projects requested by Engagement Managers, Client Directors, and Leaders. Such as update Relationship Maps as needed.REQUIRED EXPERIENCEMinimum of 3-4 years of sales experience; or supporting a sales teamExcellent written and oral communication skills.
