## DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Paralegal, the employee will provide support for board meetings, proofread and prepare board meeting materials, serve as the recording secretary and provide confidential administrative assistance within the Legal Department.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide administrative support for Doyon, Limited board, subsidiary boards, and committee meetings Provide administrative support for other board meetings as necessary Position requires some overnight travel to meetings and occasional overtime Exercise considerable discretion and judgment in handling confidential, sensitive and corporate proprietary information Timely and accurately prepare draft minutes Timely and accurately prepare, proofread and distribute meeting documents Coordinate and assist with the preparation and updates of resolutions; ensure signature of final documents Manage meeting logistics in coordination with Administration, Operations and Legal Departments Provide time-sensitive and confidential committee meeting summaries for board and committee meetings Work in cross functional role in coordination with Administration, Operations and Legal Department employees for meeting logistics, travel plans and itineraries and meeting related activities Maintain corporate board meeting records utilizing record and document management software Interact with board members, employees, Doyon shareholders and others with regard to requests for information and assistance Provide clerical and administrative support to Legal Department Support corporate compliance and records management functions Participate in annual meeting preparation Other duties as assignedDOYON LIMITED CORE COMPETENCIES: Commitment to Excellence - Identifies what needs to be done and takes action to achieve a standard of excellence beyond job expectations.
