Primary Purpose: The primary purpose of the Recruiting Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the Campus Relations Team. This administrative role will be an excellent entry into the campus recruiting function. Principal Responsibilities: The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Provide general administrative support to the Campus Relations Team Build and foster relationships with campus team, candidates, universities, recruitment event attendees and a variety of other internal and external resources. Order, inventory and ship campus recruitment supplies to universities for recruitment events Provide logistical support for campus team and recruiting events, virtually and on-site Assist with sourcing and mining candidates from campus and 3rd party job boards Create, manage and maintain candidate files including requesting paperwork, new hire files and on-boarding experience Assist with candidate correspondence throughout the recruitment cycle Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates and event attendees including airline reservations, itineraries and correspondence Process candidate and event attendees expense reimbursements and vendor invoices Ensure completion of background checks for all campus hires Coordinate the reproduction of flyers, advertisements, and collateral with Marketing Assist with various Campus Relations projects Requires 20% LOCAL travel.
Desired skills and experience: At least 1 year of successful administrative experience in a fast-paced Recruiting or HR Department. Associate's degree or equivalent (i.e.: 2+ years of professional, HR or business related work experience) Highly proficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with a desire to learn additional programs as needed (Visio, MS Project, etc.) Ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects Ability to prioritize tasks and manage work time efficiently Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening) Highly organized and detail oriented with exceptional follow-through skills.
