At Dig, we're rebuilding the food system. You can help us do it.Dig is seeking a Senior Manager of Consumer Insights to lead our insights and marketing analytics function. Working across the company, you'll advocate for the consumer based on data, analysis, insights and trend research. You will be responsible for leading the learning agenda, the activation and analysis of brand and consumer insights, and building out our marketing analytics capabilities.You Will:* Establish the consumer and brand learning agendas.* Lead strategic foundational research including cultural trend reporting, consumer behavior, marketing analytics and brand health.* Uncover consumer needs, trends and behaviors and adapt findings into tactical recommendations.* Design, implement, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research.* Be responsible for leveraging a full suite of analytical tools including first-party data, third-party data and syndicated research.* Help us build a culture of insights and be a consultative partner across the business.* Partner with brand marketing to drive the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.You Have:* Minimum 8 years experience in the field.* Experience with all types of research including segmentation, concept testing, marketing effectiveness, and others.* Demonstrated understanding of trends and the ability to adapt those into marketing.* A deep knowledge of research and analytics platforms and partners.* The capability to build a new function.
