Position summary Strategic Sourcing and Contingent Workforce Program Manager

The chief purpose of Deloitte Open Talent is to support agility within the Deloitte workforce, through the attraction and deployment of independent talent to internal and external client projects.

Deloitte Open Talent (DOT) is looking for a highly motivated contingent workforce professional to join our amazing team. Our goal is to deliver Best-on-Planet non-employee talent solutions for Deloitte project teams. The ideal person will have had exposure to different companies' contingent workforce programs, understands how to execute on team initiatives with strong results and has a thoughtful point of view about the contingent workforce industry.

This role s focus is on the scalability and optimization of independent contingent resources across Deloitte s multiple business lines, with a primary focus on integration of new and expanding vendor sourcing channels to complement the growing Deloitte Open Talent contractor community.

Deloitte Open Talent consistently collaborates with across many functional areas to implement and optimize contingent workforce solutions. We are looking for a cooperative leader who rolls up their sleeves to provide dynamite impact.

Strategy & Implementation Collaborate with Deloitte Open Talent Managing Director to develop and implement strategy and supporting initiatives to integrate and grow sourcing capabilities and seamless end to end demand to deployment solutions Educate and grow usage of specific suppliers with in-demand curated contractor communities across Deloitte business lines Build processes and models that identify external suppliers who should be leveraged for Deloitte Open Talent Project manage and deliver insights, including tracking supplier relationship KPIs, and capability roadmap progression Drive strategy and execution of technology integration solutions with internal and external stakeholders Consistently educate and motivate business leaders and resource managers about the contingent workforce trends and best practices Stay abreast of current industry topics and continue to develop a forward-thinking opinion about the contingent workforce industry, its operations and how it fits within Deloitte Open Talent and other contingent workforce teams Vendor/Supplier Operations: Conduct supplier performance meetings to discuss open positions, challenges, headcounts, and recruiting strategies Communicate with suppliers regarding servicing requirements and provide feedback on performance Develop reporting dashboards for sourcing suppliers and supporting communications on regular, consistent basis Partner with resources that support the vendor sourcing CoE team and ensure that operations are running efficiently and cohesively Collaborate with Deloitte Open Talent Program and Operations Manager to design and optimize processes, workflows and policies The team

The Deloitte Open Talent team sits within our Talent Evolving Workforce Center of Excellence and collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to support Deloitte s strategy of increased workforce agility through Open Talent. The team advises and executes the delivery of independent contractor resources for internal and external project.

Qualifications Required: Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities Strong project management skills and experience in developing and executing on organizational strategies and priorities Experience with technology platforms and tools for sourcing and onboarding of contingent resources (i.e. community platforms, vendor management solutions) Knowledgeable of Federal and regional employment law and regulations related to contingent labor resources Ability to quickly acquire an advanced understanding of relevant firm businesses, policies, procedures, and systems to educate and provide guidance to colleagues and clients Consultative approach toward clients with proven ability to manage relationships across all levels Excellent communications skills and ability to develop and present information to audiences at all levels of the organization Ability to anticipate needs of the business and potential challenges, developing contingency plans accordingly Analytical with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Advanced experience in Microsoft Office applications Previous recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment Bachelor s Degree and a minimum 8 to 10 years of related experience; experience in contingent workforce industry, preferred How you ll grow At Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
