Workyou ll do SeniorManagers are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in avariety of ways, including: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilizeand manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content;facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at theclient; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagementeconomics; manage engagement risk Develop and maintain contact with top decisionmakers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and leadaspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development ofproposal pricing strategies Develop practical solutions andmethodologies; develop \"thoughtware\" and \"point-of-view\"documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industryperiodicals Perform role of counselor and coach; provide inputand guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staffrecruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support fordelivery teams and staff in local offices Qualifications Bachelor s Degree orequivalent professional experience 8+ years EPM experience implementing one or more of the followingtechnologies: Hyperion Planning, HFM, PBCS/ePBCS, OneStream 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience 4+ years experience overseeing multiple project teams, experienceleading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a projectmanagement role) Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects orresources Professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings Commitment to personal and professional growth Sense of responsibility to self, team, and client Outstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passion Record of consistent career progression with increasing levels ofresponsibility Ability to lead teams and own deliverables Ability to work in an ambiguous environment Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the abilityto exercise mature judgment.
