In this exciting new role you will beresponsible for the overall strategic direction of the STAR (Select Train & Retain) Program for the Village. The position is focused on improving the recruiting, onboarding and training experience for new teammates and the outcomes of the program including teammate retention, time to train and program adoption.This position requires a business minded professional who can diagnose operational issues, implement procedural suggestions for improvement, and track measurements to support expected outcomes. This role can either be a manager or senior manager role depending on experience, and will have direct reports once in the role.

Description:

Program leadership: Ownership of multiple complex, high priority workstreams at once. Deploy solutions to hundreds of facilities and teammates. Provide project management, leadership, support, and analytics. You will be the quarterback of all things STAR.

Strategy: Responsible for supporting short term strategic needs, as well as guiding our long term strategy for recruiting, training and retaining new teammates.

Relationship building: Manages relationships with teammates of all levels across the enterprise to test and deploy enhancements to the STAR program. Partner with Clinical Education, Operations, Recruiting, People Services, and Pioneer to ensure appropriate balance and consistency between local solutions and company established best demonstrated practices.

Executive communication: Develops and manages regular metrics and reporting for senior leadership. High level of exposure to head of Palmers, People Services, & Pioneer. Must present comfortably and compellingly to senior leadership.

Analytics: Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify program opportunities. Conducts analyses to assess impact on business metrics. Convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis, identifying next steps, and developing deployment plans.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This role will oversee and provide coaching, guidance, professional development and day to day job performance to the STAR Program Analyst.

Onboarding:

From day one you will be fully immersed into the STAR program and learn all of the ins and outs of how to effectively drive change. This will include a thorough onboarding partnership with the Pioneer project team that is currently managing the program. In the first couple of months you will also spend time in the field to see STAR in action and building key relationships with teammates involved in executing the program across the Village.
