We have room in several locations in which you can share office space, and dedicated space in Woodinville.This position is to provide office-based, outpatient psychotherapy and/or psychology services to patients in our communities. We accept most insurance plans, and provide some adjusted fee scale rates to those who cannot afford the full cost of counseling.Starting a private practice can be a challenge, particularly since there is not a set salary-- Much like a working in a private practice group, therapist income here is based on fees generated, via a generous 'fee-split' system. A portion of the fees generated by the therapist are used to pay agency costs, and the therapist is paid the rest. But, we are able to give the therapists a larger share of the fees than in other practices. We offer some of the best parts of private practice and agency employment: Therapists get to set their own schedules and patient load, but do not have to worry about overhead costs (like rent, phone, utilities, billing insurance and patients, etc). We take care of that for you.We have a supportive group of seasoned providers, and we meet frequently for group consultation, and provide some free continuing education hours (CEU's) every year. Our turnover is low, for a good reason: We like it here. We are seeking the right person who would like a place to work for a long time.Job Type: Full-time preferred: may start as part time, with a plan to move to full time as soon as practice builds. May consider part-time options.Required education: Master's or Doctorate degree in psychology or other behavioral health-related field.Required license or certification: Candidates must be licensed at the highest level for their profession.
