Responsible for the strategy, development, compliance and administration of HRIS programs. Provides direction for system design, maintenance, reporting, analytics and project management for the Human Resource Information System. Manages the entire suite of modules and will be responsible for integration and requirements to maximize value to the Company (Staffing, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Performance, and Reporting and Analytics). The role will work with Leadership and Stakeholders across the organization to identify gaps and needs of focus.. Provides consultation, expertise and oversight for the existing HR system and recommend and assist in implementing enhancements and procedures. Lead systems implementation of various technological advancements in the HR Systems area as needed. Partners with IT to design and support integrated solutions for the future. Supervises the implementation of programs, special projects, research studies and other divisional initiatives to identify best practices and process improvements in order to promote functional efficiency and productivity.. Directs the day to day activities of the HRIS department, including report design, data integrity. Oversees financial management, including development and management of HRIS operational budget.
