Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager Full Time The Austen Riggs Center is a private, non-profit psychiatric center providing intensive treatment in an open setting is currently seek a full-time Sous Chef to support the day-to-day operations in our kitchen. Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications: * 5+ years of professional food service experience including administrative and supervisory responsibilities. * Strong working knowledge of professional food service operations with demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills. * Ability and flexibility to work all kitchen positions. * Safe Serve Certificate. * Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. *Excellent customer/patient service skills. * Flexible to work a variety of shifts including some weekend and holiday shifts.
