Dream Team would like to hire a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate marketing initiatives and build brand awareness in the local area everyday through all streams of marketing.

What we are looking for:


  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of professional marketing experience
  • Use of social media in a professional setting
  • Experience/knowledge of PPC ad campaigns
  • Experience/knowledge of SEO and WordPress
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, design and proofreading skills
  • Must be able to work effectively (independently as well as collaboratively) to meet deadlines

What youll do:


  • Oversee online PPC ad campaigns & develop metrics to track the campaigns effectiveness
  • Manage social media platforms and engage with customers
  • Responds to customer reviews through social media platforms
  • Make content changes to Dream Team website; work with website vendor on larger projects
  • Coordinate and attend community days to promote brand awareness
  • Coordinate, oversee and purchase promotional materials to build brand awareness
  • Develop and coordinate thank you program for existing customers
  • Coordinate radio, TV, internet, and print advertising campaigns
  • Work with existing marketing vendors and develop relationships with new vendors
  • Develop a marketing calendar so goals are met
  • Attend workshops and training to stay current with marketing trends
  • Advise business owners on marketing best practices
