Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Marketing Program Manager in Renton, WA to work with a large cross-functional team focused on growing PSJH??s customer base and will play an integral role in supporting our Health 2.0 Strategy. You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is invigorated by balancing multiple tasks in parallel, strives to meet high standards, and seeks to consistently raise the bar on both team interaction and project delivery to make an impact across the organization. In this role you will be a champion of data driven decisions and continually center teams around that posture. Your main responsibilities will be to help create/manage/approve growth campaigns, evaluate campaign success, serve as a platform expert, establish best practices and monitor changes. In this position you will have the following responsibilities: Own the end to end campaign process, this responsibly includes project intake, prioritizing and approving campaigns, quality checking, and monitoring campaign execution Work cross functionally with regional and system marketing managers to successfully execute campaigns focused on driving growth and supporting new lines of business Work with internal and external teams on both data and creative asset readiness, campaign build and execution quality, and campaign performance reviews Test, troubleshoot, and approve the campaign setup by marketing teams Build and improve campaign operations with a keen focus on continuous process improvement as a strategic advantage Document internal procedures, policies, and tutorials Perform assigned individual tasks and assists others in completion of high priority tasks when necessary to meet deadlines QUALIFICATIONS: Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing 5 years?? experience in leading marketing projects with deep understanding of campaign cycle and roles played by various teams in bringing a campaign to life Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and to organize workload to ensure that timeframes are met and the work is successfully completed within deadlines. Demonstrated ability to define, develop, and analyze performance measures and metrics. Highly organized and extremely detail oriented. Proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects at a given time. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred qualifications for this position include: 5 years of experience with CRM direct marketing campaigns, direct mail, email, SMS, paid media, etc? Experience with campaign management tracking software
