The Customer Service Tools and Technology organization is looking for a Director, Program Management. As a seasoned leader, the position will be responsible for key strategic initiatives within the Tools Operations group including our Tools Adoption work, our Einstein product NPS approach, and cross-functional Deployment approaches. Additionally, the position will be responsible for driving alignment across the Tools, Technology and quality organization (including end-to-end development process improvement including UAT / Release Management), and ensuring that our work is properly supported by external groups including Dev. Ops and CX.

RESPONSIBILITES

* Facilitate intake and prioritization of requests ensuring the associated business justification is created
* Align all stakeholders on strategy, business priorities and approach in order to ensure effective and efficient development
* Implement and enhance consistent program management best practices to ensure optimized product and project delivery
* Work with the business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities
* Serves as the integration point to support complex, enterprise wide initiatives
* Contribute to the functional and technical design to ensure solutions are sound eliminating re-work
* Ensure solutions are tested appropriately and improve the overall customer experience
* Communicate program status, issues and risks with all levels of leadership
* Foster a positive working environment of empowerment, inclusion, and objectivity all while striving to deliver solutions that benefit the entire company
* Lead detailed business requirements documentation & discovery discussions on new requests
* Ensure ADKAR Change Management tactics as incorporated as appropriate
* Drive strategies that ensure that customer and employees are at the center of our user experience

QUALIFICATIONS

* 10 plus years' relevant work experience
* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
* Hands-on ownership of enterprise employee tool(s)
* History of successful management and delivery of enterprise programs
* Practical experience in Customer Service, Operations, MIS, and/or IT areas
* Demonstrated leadership experience driving cross-functional initiatives
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project leadership skills
* Ability to use personal influence to build positive working relationships with subject matter experts to negotiate to a win-win resolution for all parties
* Ability to effectively build relationships and collaborate in a matrix organization
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to progress multiple projects in parallel
* Strong organizational skills, follow through and demonstrated leadership
* Self-starter that uses creative problem solving skills to resolve issues
* Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills, specifically related to business and technical writing including the ability to translate technical concepts into \"business language\" and vice versa
* A passion to transform our customer experience and employee experience to create a world class experience
* History of productive collaboration across multiple levels of company personnel
* Ability to establish trusted partnerships with all stakeholders
* Ability to use personal influence to build positive working relationships with subject matter experts
