Responsible for managing the strategic direction, build, and deployment of the Human Resources System and Technology initiatives. Develops meaningful activity tracking systems to measure Human Resources activity metrics to improve delivery quality and effectiveness. Design and supervise the devilment of HRT solutions that meet, or exceed, the short- and long-term business objectives for Comcast. Develop and deploy the strategic direction for HRT systems across multiple business units and functions. Partners with other Comcast HR functions to design approach, delivery, maintenance of Human Resources systems and special applications. Accountable for high-level Human Resources and Payroll systems' needs analysis. Provides cross functional leadership for multiple HR functional areas. Develops and implements strategy for functional area(s). May have responsibility for developing and managing budget.

* Responsible for developing strategic direction of HR Systems and Technology by influencing Managers, Supervisors, and high-level individual contributors. Exemplifies the standards of Comcast leadership, business standards, policy, and Comcast's future vision in the HR Technology space while motivating and coaching toward optimum team performance. * Design the approach to develop activity related HR KPIs based on generally accepted analytical approaches, to enhance the quality of HR-related business decisions. * Accountable for the integrity of overall deployment of system modifications and enhancements. Ensures system changes are communicated and understood by others across the HR function. Develops meaningful HR activity KPIs and methods of reporting regularly to influence Human Resources related decisions making process. * Manages overarching capacity planning to ensure resources are properly deployed to execute build, test and deploy activities in accordance with Comcast HR standards. Plays an active role in the development of platform strategy in the context of HR platform enhancements and upgrades. * Continually monitor KPIs to identify opportunities across the HR platform. Implement metric based decision making processes to develop business requirements specifications, designs, and plans. Implements modifications and enhancements to Human Resources and payroll platforms as deemed appropriate based on analysis. * Accountable for creating development plans and mentoring staff in accordance with Comcast University guidelines. * Responsible for platform stability and aids with appropriate troubleshooting activities to collaboratively resolve problems and ensure high availability. Serves as an HR technology representative when implementing cross functional changes to assist with system stability and availability. * Manages the overall relationship with business stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements. Conducts/reviews needs analysis to determine integration requirements. * Manages/reviews training initiatives to introduce new applications or new features in existing applications. * Serves as a thought leader in the HRT space by evaluating new enhancement packages, competitive applications and products to make recommendations on new features. * Ensures all necessary testing is accounted for and documented by working with the Quality Assurance leadership team. * Able to provide feedback regarding best possible user experience for application users. * Displays strong in-depth knowledge of, and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills. * Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent * Workday HCM, Workday Security experience a plus * Generally requires 10+ years related experience.
