Business Unit:

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Prepares and distributes CX focused reporting packages to support the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end tracking efforts of the Net Promoter System (NPS) and its impact to the business.
* Develops complex SQL queries to extract and transform data for various reporting and analytics tasks.
* Leverages reporting automation technologies (Tableau, Toad Data Point etc.) to maximize reporting efficiency, accuracy and consistency.
* Organizes the master reporting schedule to inform leadership on delivery of critical reporting packages.
* Supports Division and Region reporting SMEs in collecting and consolidating feedback on enhancements, suggestions and issues for available NPS datasets.
* Collaborates with survey platform teams in reviewing new ecosystem functionality / features and determining which components should be integrated into existing suite of reports.
* Works with team and customers to define business requirements, resolve technical issues, and provide updates as needed.
* Works cross-functionally to implement key projects. Interfaces with other departments to leverage data for their respective business needs.
* Monitors and maintains set of complex datasets built for NPS-specific needs and works with internal and external technical teams for issue resolution when needed.
* Takes business intelligence to the next level to support business decisions and

recommend best practices and policy in CX reporting implementation, maintenance, and quality.
* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.



Required knowledge, skills and experience:

* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
* Generally requires 2-5 years related experience.
* Hands-on experience with SQL in data warehouse environment (Teradata, SQL Server, etc.).
* Strong Excel experience (Pivot tables, VLookup, Macros, etc.).
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration.
* Ability to work effectively across functions, disciplines and levels.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to progress multiple projects in parallel.
* Experience working with and manipulating large, complex data sources.
* Experience in large-scale data aggregation and processing.
