Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Architect
Cogn izant is seeking bright, diligent people to join our Oracle HCM Technical organization. The basic requirements include a strong command of Oracle Applications functionality, specifically the configurations of HCM modules (Compensation, Benefits etc). Should have performed significant tasks with these modules with the Oracle Applications including configuration, functional analysis, etc.
During the interview candidates should be able to discuss:
Identifying business requirements and mapping them to Oracle HCM Cloud Application functionality.
Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions to them.
Hands-on experience in Web Service orchestration and development using middleware tools.
Writing business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions, and writing end-user documentation and training materials.
Interacting with the client and Cognizant project team members.
Defining testing scenarios and developing test scripts.
Delivering end-user training.
Providing status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
Hands on experience on Oracle PaaS
Highly self-motivated and directed
Keen attention to detail
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
