Job Summary

This role provides operational, administrative and coordination support for contracts including related documentation, facilitation and communication efforts.

Job Responsibilities

* Modify, update, and maintain contracts and associated documentation, processing, and communicate changes.
* Participate in data control, collection and preparation of metrics and reports.
* Review agreements and related correspondence for consistency with policies and regulations.
* Assist and facilitate the development and implementation of communication strategies to facilitate the negotiation and execution of contracts.
* Serve as both internal and external central contact including represent the department at various meetings/events and provide information/answers to questions.

Required Education and Experience

Required Education: Bachelor's degree

Required Experience: Two (2) years of administrative or database management experience.

Preferred Education, Experience & Cert/Lic

Preferred Experience:

* Three (3) years of contract related experience.

Additional Technical Requirements

* Intermediate proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong verbal and written communications skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
