Spectrum Reach is looking for a dynamic Sr. National Sales Support Specialist to support our Enterprise and National sales teams.Spectrum Reach (www.spectrumreach.com) grows businesses of all sizes with custom, multiscreen advertising solutions, backed by the power of TV, data, innovation, community experts, and unforgettable creative.JOB SUMMARYThe Sr. National Sales Support Specialist is a strategic partner supporting the Enterprise and National sales teams. This position plays a key role in the production and coordination of sales presentations for priority accounts. This individual will have a passion for marketing and advertising sales and will be closely aligned with other sales team members and cross functional groups so that collaboration is maximized. This position requires strong communication skills and strong attention to detail, in a faced fast paced sales environment. The position reports to a VP National Sales or comparable level within the National team.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Assist Sales Managers in production and coordination of National and Enterprise sales presentations for high priority accounts.* Campaign fulfillment tracking, execution and customer reporting for National and Enterprise Priority accounts.* Coordination, execution and campaign management for National (full footprint) Unwired buys through National Enterprise Channels* Coordination, scheduling and tracking of Spectrum Reach client meetings for National and Enterprise Priority accounts.* Single source coordination for RFPs emanating from NCC Media National team for National Linear campaigns (i.e. zone addressable Pharma business)* Cross company communication and coordination with: Division Sales, Advanced Advertising, and other teams such as Preferred, Sales Support, Pricing and Planning and Operations. This key coordination will ensure successful outcomes for National and Enterprise Priority accounts* Create an open honest communication line with all Sales team members* Work cross functionally with different groups such as Inventory, Product marketing, and Operations.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills/Abilities and Knowledge* Proven success in roles requiring collaborative skills and teamwork, particularly within a matrixed organization* Outstanding EQ and verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills* Strong organizational skills and the understanding of outcome oriented project management techniques preferred* Proven ability to translate data, information, and research into powerful points of view-ability to craft and tell a compelling story.* Previous experience supporting a team of Sales, advertising, or marketing professionals. Previous experience in an Ad Agency, Media, National Sales or Ad Sales team is highly preferred.* Familiarity with and experience in digital marketing; understanding of online campaign development, metrics, and optimization strategies.* Clear knowledge of media terms as well as media formulas & calculations.* An analytical mindset that identifies solutions based in data.* Experience with MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and StrataEDUCATIONA minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred.Sales Support Experience is a plus (2+ yrs)
